1. Why is this site here?
This site is here to be a simple place for kids to create thier christmas lists on the internet. These lists can be easily shared with friends and relatives, and are guaranteed to be emailed to the North Pole before Christmas!

2. You will send this list to the North Pole?
Yep! We personally send our entire database of Xmas-Wishes to Santa's Workshop no later than December 15. For those last minute updates, we also do one emergency sending on December 23rd. Sorry, we cannot guarantee delivery of any wishes past December 23.

3. Ok, I'm here. What do I do?
Well, first you need to CREATE AN ACCOUNT. Once your account is created, you can add items to your Xmas List.

4. How do I create an account?
If you do not have an account, click on the link that says "Register Now!" at the bottom of the "USER INFO" box on the left side. Or, you can Click here. On the form, enter your Real name, a username (to use to access your list), a valid email address, and a password. If you do not enter a valid email address, then you will not be able to access the account you create.

5. I created an account. Why cant I log in?
Once you create your account, you need to activate it. When you created your account, an email was sent to the email address that you specified. Please check your email, and click on the link in it to activate your account. If you did not receive your email, then please Contact Us for assistance.

6. I have an account and have logged in. Now what?
To manage your list, click on the "Manage Xmas List" link in the USER INFO menu. You then see a list of items that have been added to your list. To add a new item, click the link near the bottom of the box in the middle that says "Click here to Add a New Listing".

7. I am adding a new listing. What does all of this mean?
When adding a listing, we ask for some information about what you want. For example, lets say you wanted a red bunny rabbit you saw at redrabbits.com. Under name, you would put "Red Rabbit". For description you might put "The Red Rabbit with the white nose". Under web link, it might say "http://www.redrabbits.com/item/rabbitwhite.html". Finally, you can rate how much you want this item. A rating of 1 means you like the item, where a 10 means you REALLY REALLY CANT LIVE WITHOUT IT. Once you have filled out all of the fields, click CREATE THIS LISTING to make your listing.

8. I accidently added the same item twice. How do I change or delete it?
If you want to change or delete an item on your list, go to the "Manage Xmas List" page, and click on the item you want to change or delete. If you would like to change the item, type any changes you have and then click on the button that says "Save Changes". If you wish to just delete this item, click on "Delete Listing".

9. When I first came to your website, it said I could share my Xmas list with people. How?
There are two ways to do this. The first, is to give out your personal Xmas Wishes URL to people. The second, is to use the "Share Your List" page.

10. My Personal Xmas Wishes URL?
Yes. Click on the "My Own URL" link under the USER INFO menu. In big blue letters, you will see a URL that people can use to view your list. You can copy this down, memorize it, or make a song out of it to remember it. Anyone you give it to will be able to come and look at your Wishes.

11. How do I use the 'Share My List' function?
If you know the email address of the person you want to send your list to, click on the "Share my list" link under the USER INFO menu. Type in the email address for the person that will receive the email, and click "Send your list". An email will be dispatched to your target, with a link to your Xmas Wishes for their convenience.

12. If I have a problem, how do I get help?
Click on the "Contact Us" link on the main menu. You will be able to send us a message. We will help you as soon as possible.

13. How do I change my email address or my password?
While logged in, click on the "Account Details" link on the USER INFO menu. To change your name or email address, just update one or both and hit submit. In order to change your password, you need to type the new password twice. Once in the "Password" field, then in the "Verify Password" field as well.
